Mobile CRM Database Management
Novartis needed a simple and yet highly engaging system that would take the mundanity out of account data entry by Field Force Representatives. They needed a system that Representatives would be happy to use on a daily basis to report on their key accounts, in turn providing the business with an invaluable CRM tool that also allowed an analysis of the key account opportunities and areas of focus.
We produced a highly engaging data entry iPad app that was simple and intuitive to use, maximising Rep efficiency and repeat usage. The success of the tool lied in its ability to provide Representatives with a visual map of their Account opportunities which they could then integrate into their own personal SMART plans (KPIs).
